Since the Ultimate Matrix Collection is coming to Blu-Ray, I want people to tell me their overall opinions about the trilogy. I think its an awesome sci-fi trilogy, but not better than the Star Wars saga.What are you thoughts on the Matrix Trilogy?
I liked the fact that it kept people guessing and was an original idea. The graphics were good and the starring cast was great. I really liked it and was even thinking about buying the trilogy myself.

The first was based on Plato's allegory of the Cave (good reading if you look it up), and the read daunting part of the story is that once you have left the cave, what do you do. Since the Wachowski brothers couldn't seem to figure it out, they ended up just making a quasi spiritual and highly action oriented second and third parts. I Don't typically care for the other two since the reasons that the first was awesome was completely absent in the second two. If you are going to spend the money on blu-ray discs...pass those two up, unless you are really yearning for more HD wire work.
All 3 are crack I loved it, but they made neo too Jesus like in the 2nd one. You had citizen offering food in e xchange for guidance and looking over sick people
i thought the 1st and 2nd were good, but the 3rd one sucked
