How to separately download factions and nightfall from guild wars trilogy?

i bought guild wars with the eye of the north expansion and i have been playing it for a long time. I recently bought guild wars trilogy to play factions and nightfall and when i put in the CD it just plays the prophecy game. How do i play the other two?How to separately download factions and nightfall from guild wars trilogy?
ok, well i'm going to ask you a couple questions (sorry, if you think they're stupid...just making sure you checked the basics lol).

1. did you use the access key(s) for factions and nightfall on your account?

2. did you try making a new character (pve or pvp...either one will give the the option of choosing a campaign)? you can't just get factions/nf and just magically warp to them...you need to do quests to get over to each.

so if it isn't one of those two obvious choices, then you need to send in a support ticket to anet or ncsoft (i forget who does what anymore)...anyway you need to explain your problem, and they'll have someone get back to you who'll probably ask you some more questions, and then they'll probably be able to find you a good solutionHow to separately download factions and nightfall from guild wars trilogy?
I don't have the trilogy edition, so I'm not sure how the keycodes work. Do you have 3 keycodes in the box or just 1? Either way, you need to add the keycodes to your current account in order to access the new campaigns. No need really to even use the discs. The content will download automatically from Arenanet's servers when you access the new areas.

To speed up the downloads, run Guild Wars overnight with the -image command line option. That way you won't be stuck downloading each time you load a new map.
