Has The Lord of the Rings trilogy ever been translated into Arabic Language?

If yes, which publishing house in the Arab world did it; and, if not, is it legal to go ahead and translate it without having a permission from Mr. Christopher Tolkien?Has The Lord of the Rings trilogy ever been translated into Arabic Language?
According to this http://www.tolkienlibrary.com/translatio鈥?/a> no, but it has been translated into several others. Of course, it is legal to translate it for your own use, but it is illegal to sell, or even to distribute for free, another author's copyrighted work without the permission of the owners of the copyright.
