What is the best Grand Theft Auto Game in the Trilogy?

What do you think is the best one in the trilogy and please explain yourself. Im getting it sometime next week and Which one should I play first?What is the best Grand Theft Auto Game in the Trilogy?
personally my face is Vice City, i luved the setting and music and the story line :P next wud be GTA IV then San andreas :)

If your looking for a deep, intriguing game with a solid story-line, go with GTA4. It also carries with it, outstanding graphics and game play.





If your looking for a more light-hearted, run around and do anything you want with out worrying about the consequences sand box game and something that will give you a laugh, go with San Andreas or the very underrated Vice City.
Each GTA has it's own storyline. I would get San andreas and IV, they are the best ones.





San Andreas: You are a gangster in a ';San Fransisco'; like world.





GTA 4: You are a man from another country who moves to America shortly after your cousin, who try to live the American dream together.





Major Difference between them: GTA 4's storyline is way more serious than San Andreas, but the physics and texture in GTA 4 is way more realistic than SA.
Its either San Andreas or IV





San Andreas - really good cheats, bit unrealistic, brilliant story, Intersting, multiplayer, Buy places, Better clothes, more variety of out story missions





IV - Realistic, better multiplayer, got bored of it, cars better, Crappy clothes,





I think u should buy San andreas, complete it, then get IV

A lot of people said either San Andreas or IV that's because they're gta noobs and they're not huge fans of the series :) i personally have played all the gta's and i have 2 favorites:


Grand Theft Auto: London


Grand Theft Auto: Vice City


they're both amazing :) extremely unbelievable
sanandreas its awsome and its got the best mysteries like cjs moms ghost ufos leatherface. and its got the most cheats.
gta 4 it has the best graphics an awesome story line and it has the most modern viechels
SA nothing else even comes close well vice city comes close but nothing else
buy liberty city. i hear it is better than San Andreas, and that was a great game.
