The third book isn't the last one. There will be a fourth one but the title and release date haven't been made public yet. The third book's name is Brisingr and has a picture of Glaeder on it. You can view the cover, watch the countdown till the release and pre-order a copy here:

The third book, Brisingr, will be released September 20th. I don't know about the final book, because it was supposed to be a trilogy, but then the third book got too long so Paolini split it into two separate books, making the series have a total of four books.
The thrid book is called Brisingr and comes out September 20.
